Our Chef

Konstantinos Balatsoukas was born in Trikala, Thessaly, where he grew up in an environment where his mother was a cook, and his father was a chef. From a young age, he spent a lot of time with his grandmother, familiarizing himself with traditional cooking and learning about the cultivation of raw materials. As he grew older, pursuing his dream, he chose to attend culinary school, completing the program on scholarship. Initially, he started working in acclaimed restaurants and hotels throughout Greece, specializing in Mediterranean Cuisine.

Today, Konstantinos Balatsoukas is a distinguished chef with extensive experience and a career in the field of gastronomy and hospitality. He is the professional who, with his own culinary style and personality, serves as a source of inspiration.
